I bought this for my kids for Christmas. Have used it twice since. It’s great as expected.
The store, however, damaged the kayak. It had a huge gouge in the bottom end. I did not find out until I was home.
Needless to say, I bought a 2nd one from a different Dick’s Store and it was not damage.

I had basically the same Kayak in the sit in type and had so much trouble getting in and out I sold it and bought the Sit on top version. I like it much better. I put a carry handle on it since the build in indentations that are supposed to be carry handles were not very funtioal.

Bought this boat to start kayak fishing and it has been great so far. Simple to handle, easy to haul and durable. Very pleased

What more could you ask for, a 10\" Kayak w a 300 lb capacity by Pelican for $199! Purchased 2 of these from the Buford Store location, John was very helpful handling every question. We were able to get Blue ones so be sure to check store inventory's out. Great boats, awesome hull design makes them super stable and they are super light / easy to transport!

Bought from local Dick's who had it marked down to $299. Great basic beginner boat to get you out on the water, and well worth to get the frame seat. I was between this and the pelican icon 100xp, but ultimately went with this for the price. Doesn't have hull storage, but has the adjustable tracks for rod holders and other mods, whereas the 100xp did not and required drilling. Highly recommend for someone looking for a beginner kayak who has back problems like me, very nice seat

I bought two of these on sale and thinking about getting one more... I have been using some inflatable kayaks, but some of the lakes around this area have lots logs and stumps just under the waterline. I'm not a professional kayaker or the greatest swimmer, but they work great and are well made...

I bought this for my wife, who doesn’t even swim, but she wanted to be with me and the kids on the lake. It is VERY stable on smooth water, easy to carry, spacious, and for the most part, comfortable. Like ALL other kayaks, as the user gets older, the user needs to add to the seat padding

New to kayaking. Wanted a light, stable craft for flat water paddling and the Pelican Mustang certainly delivers. Bought a second one to take son or friends.
Very stable, tracks well, fun paddling.
