FIeld & Stream Adjustable Ace Kayak Paddle

We purchased this tandem kayak for our first kayaking experience. We are total newbies and so far are loving this purchase. We've taken it out to local lakes and slow moving creeks/rivers. It fits my husband and I plus our three year old very comfortably. There's plenty of room for a cooler in the back as well. It's very stable in the water. Our only issue is it's heavy and bulky making it hard for us to load it on our van and getting it to water. I wasn't expecting having such a hard time. Two men can easily carry it but I'm a small 5'0\" and 100lbs so my poor husband has to do most of the work. But we love riding together so I wouldn't trade it for two smaller boats.

I used to rent kayaks, and now its great to be able to up and go kayaking anytime.

Wife picked this Mustang 120X for me as an early birthday present. Have had nothing but good times since. Been out maybe four times as I just got it a week and a half ago. Stable, durable, and comfortable. Tracks extreme well!!! Very pleased

Very happy with this kayak. A friend has one that I used and I decided to get the same one.

To be honest, I have not been able to test out my new Kayak. Anxiously awaiting warmer weather and a \"safer\" environment. In examining the Kayak at home, was very pleased as we set it down in the garage reviewed for length and areas on both sides of the seat. The back rest was very comfortable and our pet pit bull was able to comfortably sit in front or behind. Previously used an enclosed Kayak, but much prefer this one. Can't wait to get out on the water.

The Lifetime kayak is awesome. I got it a month ago , and the biggest reason I did was because the sit on top seat got great reviews. The reviews were spot on. From the first time out the seat was very comfortable. The kayak tracked well. And served my purpose perfectly.

These are quite simply great kayaks. This kayak checked all of the boxes for me: light weight; great value for the money; good performance. For a ten foot boat, it tracks and glides amazingly well. The rear of the boat sits pretty low in the water, a good thing, as it limits the effect of cross winds helps to avoid weather cocking. The seat is very comfortable and has very good back support.

There is a minor flaw that others have mentioned. As you paddle, any water landing on the upper deck will drain around the cockpit combing and end up in the tank well. Not a big issue and I've only had at most a few ounces collect there over a 3 hour outing. However, if what you put back there needs to stay dry, then use a dry bag. The EXO pod is not for dry storage, but is essentially a duffle bag shaped to fit the tank well and to minimize windage. Again, if what you are storing needs to stay dry, use a dry bag.

On the whole, this is a great kayak. I bought one for my wife as well and we both love them.

I bought this about a month ago and so far I'm pleased with my purchase. It is easy to fish from and so far it seems pretty stable in the water.
