I’ve had this kayak for about 2 weeks. It has a very roomy cockpit, it’s very stable, average tracking, and not the easiest to carry. There is a black/blue color that is not seen on the internet anywhere that I can find (yes, it’s a 120x) but I’ve seen it at 2 different Dick’s and if you can find it I think it’s the best of the colors.

My wife and I both bought one and we love them. Track really well in water and with them as being as light as they are they are great for when you have to carry them to the water .

So far so good. This model looks great with great extra features. Haven’t been able to get in the water yet due to being on the east coast in the winter but looking forward to it. It passes the looks test and is quality made.

my main concern was being able to lift it onto the roof of my jeep.i find it lighter than other yaks ive had and being 65 i can easily hoist it up! tracking in the water is great and easy to maneuver!

I was between getting a sit inside kayak and this sit on top kayak, and with my 40 lb dog who likes to join on adventures and the desire to bring a cooler along, I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice.
There's plenty of room for all of us, and even just recently figured out I can bring a second human passenger in the back! Game changer! With a 300 lb weight limit, and my slight (120-130 lb) size, I found that having a second passenger is possible as long as they are under around 160 lbs or so themselves!
My sister and I had set out to go and rent a kayak for her and take mine along as well for me, and we unknowingly failed to call ahead for hers, leaving us with just this one. We were going to try and go elsewhere, but then realized, \"I wonder if we could both just go together on this one?\" - than too just wanting to be able to somehow spend the day out on the water together. :) It worked! Even with an even larger cooler this time for the 2 of us!
So wonderful. This kayak feels durable, safe, and robust, and still light enough and manageable enough for me to be able to maneuver and climb around a bit to get this lovely onto my SUV's roof on my own (at just 5'1\"). Wonderful kayak, and a great value.

I love this kayak. I went a 5 mile float down the river today. This kayak handle real well and was very comfortable. The kayak tracked really well and moved faster down the river than some my friends more expensive ones. At one point I got a quarter mile behind them, and managed to catch up and past them. I will definated be buying another one of these for my wife.

This is the second Pelican kayak I've purchased. Very happy with both of them, easy to maneuver and light enough for one to load on a car

i love my kayak. it was a gift to me because I wanted to be able to fish out of my kayak when I go with my dad. it works awesome and is a lot of fun to use!
