I've bought this a little over a month ago, have already taken it across three lakes (two lakes visited twice), and down two rivers. I can say this kayak is a very reliable one for sure. If you can catch it on a deal like I did you will not be regretting your decision. One flaw and maybe I havent looked into all to much yet is the fact the knee guards on the side are not adjustable like some on the Pelican Kayaks. But other then that, you will be thrilled too have this as your kayak!

I Purchased this Kayak after months of seeing High end kayaks and someone's garbage . went out on a Great Time a little sluggish but is ok . Handled the boat traffic and cant wait to go fishing and crabbing . Won't break the Bank if this is your first Kayak.

I bought a new kayak and the seat was missing. Darwin the customer service representative was very helpful in helping me get a new seat asap.

I bought this kayak a couple of months ago and have had it out about 10 times. I use it on lakes. It moves easily and is very stable. It is light enough that I can get it in and out of my truck bed all by myself. It is very comfortable. The seat and back rest put my body in the proper position (I have lower back issues). The adjustable foot rests are easy to adjust and move. My dog can even go with me on the water. I bought this after trying out 4 different kayaks. My neighbor had this one, and once I used it - I loved it! I was very happy the exact model was still for sale.

I bought this kayak a few weeks ago as my first kayak. I'm in love with it! It's very stable and easy to control. Could use a better padded seat for an all day kayak adventure. Little disappointed I didn't get reward points for my purchase though!

I purchased one for myself and one for my wife and we couldn't be happier. They are lightweight and the perfect size to fit in my truck. It's my first Kayak and i'm very happy with the purchase.

I think they are great for the money! I’m not sure what exactly the more expensive kayak’s give ya but these things are easy in and easy out and seem plenty durable. My kids love them as we bought 2.

Bought Kayak last year in August of 2020 during the pandemic. Kayak's regular price was $349. When I got to the store which had a grand opening it was marked down another $20. Talked to manager and asked if he would knock down price to $299 if I applied for the Dicks' credit card. He did and also gave me $10 off the paddles which I purchased for $40. Later on I qualified for a Dick's $70 reward which I used towards the kayak's purchase price. Bottom line, the kayak cost me $230. What a deal !!! Now to the review ........ I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I use(d) it on our local lake which is calm and peaceful. Would be a little hesitant to use it on a river. It is now the end of April 2021 and am getting excited to take it out to the lake again, albeit, to a different spot. I had a couple of my friends out to the lake and they tried the kayak and had a great time. We are all in the late 50's/mid 60's age group. The one thing that I especially like is the holder for the fishing pole. As far as the weight is concerned, it's not too bad. I usually park the van as close as possible to the shore so that I don't have to lug it too far (I just pull it on the grassy ground). The only \"complaint\" would be that the seat is certainly not meant to be too comfortable.......but that's to be expected. I will try a small pillow for better back support. The one thing that one ought to have is a life vest. Bought one for $20. It's designed to keep you afloat for an hour, I believe. Which is ok because I try to keep close to shore anyway. There are better ones and more expensive if you need one. Sooooo.......if you are contemplating on buying a kayak, this one is great as a starter kayak. Go ahead and buy it !!!
