Pelican Vortex Aluminum Stand-Up Paddle Board Paddle

Bought the kayak on a display deal. I was buying this kayak only for the seating. The only two negative things I’ll say abt this kayak is it is hard to stand in and balance needs to be wider the other problem is they describe this kayak as a fishing kayak but it comes with no rod holder. The back of the kayak is good size for medium ice chest the seat is amazing especially for the price. I ended buying another two weeks later so I do recommend this kayak.

Have had less than a month bit handles well the couple times I have used it this far. The seat for me was a disappointment. I thought it would be more supportive but it does not adjust enough for my comfort level. Purchased a blow up pillow to help. Happy with quality, ease of carrying myself etc. Good buy

Took it on the lake for our maiden voyage this morning. Loaded and tied down very easily. Handled and tracked better than expected. Room for cooler in middle seat. Looking forward to more trips.

For my first kayak, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. The Pelican Bandit fit the bill for me on a July 4th sale!! It was recommended to me by a very experienced kayaker who said that it tracked great, had a comfortable seat, adequate storage areas and the scupper holes were located in the boat where it doesn't get your seat wet as easily. I had looked at the Blitz, but I didn't like the adjustable foot rests, because it looks like they could break. Also, the little storage area is not water proof and it cost considerably more than the Bandit. So I am very pleased with my little pink Bandit for around $175 (on sale, with tax and with my coupon)!!!

Bought this for my girlfriend after buying an expensive pelican for myself. This kayak has a ton of features and upgraded seat which sits about the kayak and is absolutely needed for long ocean kayak fishing trips in the gulf. Love this

Bought two of these. Lightweight, easy to load or unload from vehicle. One person can carry, but two is easier. This kayak is very stable and floats smoothly on water. Much more stable than our canoe. Great kayak for price (especially when on sale).

I bought this about a month ago to keep in shape in my midlife. I love it and used it a lot in just a month. It’s light weight and easy to carry for a small person.

No longer being able to easily transport my 65 lb. 16' touring kayak, I began researching smaller and lighter boats. I restricted my search to 10' kayaks. After countless hours of looking at videos and reviewing kayak ratings, I chose the Pelican Mustang 100 X.
A quick trip to Dicks for a hands on review did the trick. I found it light enough for this not so young man to move; plenty of room inside, real nice back support, with enough features to meet my needs.
Was finally able to get it in the water this week, and the experience was wonderful. I did not feel cramped like I did with my touring kayak, plenty of room for my feet, and, (even on the windy day), it tracked very well.
This week my wife will take a spin in it, and if she is half as happy as I am with the boat, I suspect that we will head back to Dicks for another.
All in all, no complaints.

Love this kayak. It’s comfortable, it’s sturdy and easy to navigate. Love the color too!
