Bought this a few weeks ago and everything is awesome. has a few areas to hold fishing gear which I won't use so I can't attest to that aspect of its quality. only issue is a wish there was a better water-tight area

I love kayaking across lakes and this kayak is great! I'm a 5'4\" woman and can easily get it on my SUV by myself. My 3.5 year old fits well in the front and loves going out on the lake! I'm going to have to get her a paddle soon.

We bought this kayak for my husband who is a beginner and he absolutely loves it! The seat is super comfy, the accessory rails are great so he can customize it and it is not too heavy or awkward for storing and hauling. I am more experienced than he is and I found it very easy to maneuver. I would definitely recommend this to kayak to friends and family.

I bought this kayak after evaluating and comparing about 12 different kayaks. The Pelican Mustang 100x has proven to be a good choice. Because of its size, it’s relatively light and easy to carry from my car rooftop to a kayak landing at different local area parks. It is very stabile and steady in calm and choppy waters from the wake of other passing boats. It’s very easy to maneuver. You can make quick stops or 180 turns very quickly and with stability. I also like the speed of the kayak while paddling. Best of all, I like the sale price of $249.00 at Dick’s. One thing I don’t particularly care for is the rear storage bag. I thought it would be a dry bag, but it clearly isn’t. I was surprised after my first trip that everything inside was soaking wet. I simply replaced it with my dry bags and igloo cooler. The bungees are strong and secure my stuff in place with losing it. Overall, I’m very happy with this kayak for enjoyable hours on the water, enjoying nature and sights.

I love this kayak. The price was right, but the best part is the weight. I can easily load and unload. Love going on the lake with it and so happy I bought it.
