I've had this kayak for two months and used it a dozen or so times. Stable enough that I'm comfortable taking my SLR camera out in it. The big cockpit makes it fairly easy to enter and exit. I spend all my time on flat lakes and lazy rivers and this handles both very well. A little slower than other kayaks but as I usually float solo that's not a big problem. I don't find the seat very comfortable and straps on the back pad slip so I'm on the back of the cockpit when I lean back. My butt goes numb on long paddles so I'm adding a pad to see if it helps. As others have said the watertight storage is on the small size but tons of open room in back and between your legs. The thickness of the material is also heavier that other kayaks in this price range. I really like this kayak and plan on using it often.

Easy to navigate. Plenty of storage space. Only thing missing is a feature to use a lock

I'm 6'6\" and 220lbs so this purchase proved to be the best decision I could've made!! This well-constructed 12ft craft tracks well in calm waters but tends to pull a little in chop. In terms of stability and craftsmanship, I find the design to be a success. I picked it up store-side 2 hours from my house (due to limited availability) and upon returning home, noticed the kayak was missing its brand stickers on the port side and the drain plug was defective. Other than those 2 minor concerns, this is the best product you will find on the market for this price point!!! I wasn't lucky enough to get this for $300, I paid $450 during Covid but it was well worth every penny!!

I have used this kayak in the river and on a large lake and it works very good. The river that I used it on was very low and I scrapped bottom a few times and the hull got scratched but it held up really well. It is easy to carry as it is not very heavy. Works great.

Bought it a year ago and got a crack in the bottom today while floating a creek.

I use this kayak exclusively for fishing. I have never had a single problem.
Stability is great considering the width, I've never even come close to tipping it. (160lb male)
Room is ample, fits a tackle box and food items/drinks. Rod holders are nice for trolling/holding.
Tracking is good. Wind and big waves can be irritating, but can't fault the yak.
Seriously for $300 (I got it on sale for $250) you cannot go wrong. Best kayak for the price. 2 years and countless fish later I still use this thing weekly without issue.

We have already been on the river twice this year and it’s only the first week in April. We live in Pa where winters seem to last until may but these kayaks have kept us warm and dry the whole time. I strongly suggest these kayaks and can’t wait to put my fishing tackle on the boat with me.
